ok so im back this time properly

i fell off the wagon before Christmas lol but am back on it now. i only put back up about 7lbs which im delighted about. i thought i would put it all back on. anyway i started back yesterday. did great but i was so hungry

its just to get used to it again. im tired today so have just had poached eggs with toast and having my coffee now

You would think this was a week I was mainly "on it" but oh no lol...

Its also the time of the month so I am lucky I only gained half a pound!! Thats it now though, Im going for it... a stone for christmas

Well girls, this has just gotton worse and worse, so i decided i needed to see the doc, im glad i did, as it is in fact a bacterial infection, so cleared with anti biotics!!
